The Capital District Library Council's Document Heritage Program assists institutions and individuals holding historical records in ten counties: Albany, Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington. Services include: free on-site or phone consultations, workshops, lending library of materials related to the care of historical records, email newsletters, and Archives Month (October) planning and publicity.
